Implement group and individual music therapy therapy sessions.
Complete initial assessments and treatment plans as referred.
Create stimulating and developmentally & age-appropriate individual and group sessions based on the need(s) of clientele.
Attend meetings with other music therapists in the company as needed
Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of music therapists
Hands-on experience with computer programs and creative media
Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession

Valid certification to practice music therapy
BS degree or greater in music therapy
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Must pass background check
Experience working with kids and teenagers
Help with the intake process of new clients
Conduct observations and assessments of clients
Write client implementation plans
Submit plans to insurance
Conduct parent trainings
Observe and train RBTs

Boise Music Therapy Company is looking for quality Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to kids. RBTs provide direct implementation of child specific ABA programs, that are written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). These programs include behavior interventions and skill acquisition programming.
Provide direction implementation of written treatment plans in client's home and in the community.
Data collection, treatment notes and maintain appropriate records.
Participate in on-going training that allows for best performance of duties and maintains required credential.
Must adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs.
Must be or become registered as an RBT through the BACB (we will help you do this if not already done).
Must pass background check.
